You can sign up for e-statements, make payments, and set up auto-pay by clicking here. You will need information from your most recent paper statement to set up your account.
This payment system is only for patients who reside in a long-term care facility. If you are a patient at one of our retail locations, please call or stop by the pharmacy to make a payment, or you can mail a check to the address on your statement.
