Good Value Pharmacy offers on-site vaccine clinics for employers, facilities and other organizations. You can request a clinic for your site by filling out this request form. We will then reach out to schedule your clinic and answer any questions you may have.

Q: Which vaccines are offered?
A: Flu is the most common vaccine requested, but we also offer other vaccines such as COVID, RSV, Pneumonia and Shingles.
Q: Who pays for the vaccines?
A: Most insurances cover vaccines 100%. We will verify coverage prior to clinic. Uninsured patients would need to pay out-of-pocket. Some self-insured employers prefer that we bill the employer directly rather than submitting to insurance.
Q: When are clinics scheduled?
A: Clinics are scheduled based on the preferences of the organization. Flu vaccine clinics are scheduled between Sept 1 and Nov 30. We also offer other vaccine clinics throughout the year.
Q: How do people sign up for vaccines?
A: We will provide you with PDF consent forms to print or email out to vaccine recipients. The consent forms should be completed prior to our arrival to ensure a smooth clinic. Consent forms can also be filled out at clinic by people who didn’t complete one prior.
Q: Can people bring their family members to be vaccinated?
A: Yes. We can vaccinate anyone 6 years or older.
